My complaint:
I realize Christmas is a very busy time of year but….didn’t appreciate my order being shipped to a different address!! Thank goodness the person who received it was honest and contracted me directly! However, there were a couple of items that now have been delayed in gifting as I didn’t have them for drop off!
Suggested solution:
If you are paying someone to make you deliveries, then you had better make sure they're responsible people!
