My complaint:

On May 16, 2020, I ordered two sets of shelvescubicles, a dress and an Emery pot scrubber. A part of the order was delivered to an address in Tucson, as of May 17, I have been trying to assure that the address was not to be used and furnished the correct address, in spite of all my efforts, they still shipped to the incorrect address. It has been so very frustrating to not be able to correct this situation because of poor customer support…

I need either a full refund on the merchandise and or the merchandise to be shipped to the correct address...

8 months ago - It is now the middle of August and in spite of repeated efforts to contact Wish in regards to merchandise not received since May 16, 2020, I have not heard from Wish to address this situation, I get generic answers and my situation is never properly responded to, I spent Close to $122.00 and neither received my merchandise or a refund...Needless to say I am thoroughly upset over this...
