My complaint:
Order ID: 5e8c78c00cc6d496d2b949ea
This order has been extended at least twice by several weeks….now they are promising June. I did not realize it was coming from China until I received the tracking information.
When I asked for the order to be cancelled, they claimed it was too late, through an automated response fro the site(no live person).
This will be my last order with wish.com.
Suggested solution:
Cancel the order and refund my money back onto my credit card.
