My complaint:

I placed an order with wish on 12th May, the advertised delivery date was 31st May. This date came and went and the package hadn’t arrived. I went back on to the wish app on 1st June and the delivery date still stated 31st May. I followed the automated help ‘bot’ in the app to complain and got the response that my package would be delivered by 31st May – a date that was now in the past. The following day when I logged on the delivery date had changed to 12th June. I tried to contact wish via their email address to complain and their reply was that the expected delivery date was 12th June, so to wait until then. I tried to explain that this was an amended date and was only changed after the promised delivery date of 31sy May was not met. I just got the same response again. Since then, the delivery date has changed twice more and is now expected by 4th July. I ordered 2 of the same items from the same seller and was charged twice for delivery – I questioned this initially but was told that wish charge delivery for each individual item. With that in mind I am extremely unhappy that I have still not received the item and it is a month past the originally advertised delivery date. I have complained on several occasions to wish and have now not had a response from for at least 2 weeks.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund of the items and the delivery charges. They have had my money for a month and a half and I have not received the goods.
