My complaint:

I started my orders from the 19 Aug 2020 through a website called ‘wish’ organisation based throughout the world. But orders come from china.!! However I signed up to a Facebook page called ‘wish’ there is nothing but negativity on the page because the orders are delayed not received until up to 4 to 6 mths later from actual date of order. I believe everything customer has by right to complain have something done because we as a customer pay money for our merchandise or product and expect product within time frame of at least 2 – 3 weeks depending on emergency of product ? Not 4 – 6 months I feel upset with disappointment. For example (Mask are being sales, advertised now because of current circumstances ? However I live in NZ by the time those mask reach NZ I would just stating be dead because the epidemic would have spreaded or a lighter reason not need them because the epedemic has been minimised. Could I please get a follow through with this complaint and someone from organisation made accountable for lack of service changes and duration of service needs to happen also what a cust orders is what they receive? Not damaged goods or missing goods ?? If it’s not the company ‘wish’ then the courier organisation needs to be dealt with according to work ethics policies

Suggested solution:

By a follow through or up with organisation

A investigation into the subject of delivery and good product

As directed explained in complaint

I as a customer in New Zealand would like a email sent directly stating results, findings and accountability of action taken.

Regards Joanne Cameron
