My complaint:
I ordered two laptops with an initial delivery date of the 6th May, the date was then changed to the 21st May and now has been changed to 20th June. I needed these for my girls home schooling and they will be going back to school before I receive them! Shipping details state items are still in China since the 22nd April with no update in over a month.
Suggested solution:
Give a full refund.
