Complaint: Damaged item received….also post man wld not relinquish until proper postage paid

My complaint:

So I get a knock at the door i answer it and its the mail man with a package…so I stick my hand out to receive it and I am told sir I cannot give you this package until the proper postage is paid on this package…I said how much is it….10$ sir ok whatever I give him 10$….mind you wish already charged me 12$ upfront for shipping….so its a 5 pack of mini colognes….smells real good i was excited till I figured out why the package smelled so good one of the bottles caps had broken and everything leaked out….wish continues to tell me this item is not damaged….now unless I ordered an empty cologne bottle…I think something is fishy….and I can’t get any help
