My complaint:
I would like a refund for 1 (the damaged) of the 2 items purchased and received. At first, it was a simple request to just replace the damaged piece and I could try to repair the item myself. I received a response to send a video (although I had already sent a photo, which clearly showed the damage) to limuling@bestwo.com. This company is stalling so that the grace time for a refund will expire and this type of customer service is not tolerated. In my opinion, Wish is much better off removing this vendor from their vendor list.
