My complaint:
1 received the above item(5ef88094bf889bc5ac941ex) on 10072020.
To my shock and horror the bag was damaged.
I sent a email and photo of damage, they are asking for a another photo. I confused because I contacted them in good time and I feel that they are delaying the process to provide a refund so the window of opportunity to refund what I paid for it will not happened.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund immediately because it's within the specified time parameters.
