Wish App’s Refusal for me to contact customer service, regarding a refund and any issues with products

Suggested solution:

Handle it asap, instead of poor excuses after the time limit for refund. If I can't respond on customer service, it becomes my fault. Customer assistance is limited with questions regarding any issues with any products.
