My complaint:
I have submitted numerous messages via wish regarding a shirt that had an incorrect size guide. As such the shirt I bought is too small, when based on the guide it should actually be too big. It has been over a week and I have not had a reply. My son’s chest is 66cm, so should fit a size 18. I ordered a size 20, which should be too big – but it is too small.
Suggested solution:
Refund me.for the shirt as the size guide was wrong.
