Wish complaint: Customer Service non-existent – Huge order placed on my account that I did not make.

My complaint:

A massive (over $400) order was placed on my Wish account. I received the notification immediately and frantically started trying to cancel the order, but almost immediately I was getting the “order has been processed cancelation is no longer an option” error. It was placed on July 27th and I have been desperately trying to resolve it every day since. Customer Service is pointless, they do nothing except copy and paste responses that make no sense.

I am a single mother of two small children and I have been laid off because of Covid and having to do eLearning with my children. Wish stole over $400 from me (over $200 of which was just shipping fees – who in their right mind would place an order with that high of shipping fees?!

My bank deemed the transaction suspicious and limited my account use. It put me in to overdraft, which also has a fee. 4 of my bills have bounced back, so I now have late fees piling up, and at this point I have nothing left, and I have two small mouths to feed.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money and GET AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT CAN RESPOND APPROPRIATELY TO QUESTIONS, instead of pasting a pre-fabricated messaged that has nothing to do with your actual request. They also will not answer any questions regarding returning the products that I did not order and have no use for.
