Complaint: Customer Service is ignoring me

My complaint:

I used the Wish app to purchase several items, I had logged into Wish using my facebook account originally and later deleted my facebook account, upon checking the status of my items I could no longer log into my account because it was linked to facebook, I reached out to Wish for help and they told me to just log back into the facebook account I no longer have then ignored me. A few days later I received one of the items I ordered and it was totally wrong, I reached out to customer service again and first they sent me tracking for the item I told them I had already gotten but was wrong then they told me to request a refund by logging into my account so I explained the situation again but all they kept telling me was to log into my wish account to request a refund, despite the numerous times I explained I cannot log in, they refused to help in any other way and now have been ignoring my emails for several days. Attached is the last email I received from customer support 7 days ago after I told them 4 times I cannot log into my account.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

They should offer me a resolution from an actual human being instead of copying and pasting their script that helps me in no way because it doesn't apply to my situation. I want a refund on the incorrect item and I want my account back, no other platform has given me issues about no longer having facebook
