My complaint:

Firstly, I ordered a double duvet set which came with two pillow cases . On the same order I ordered another 2 pillow cases. They charged me twice for shipping . I tried to speak to someone regarding this but had no help whats so ever. The order arrives. The quality was ridiculously poor and the colour was nothing like the photo . I’ve been trying to get a refund since that day it arrived. They keep telling me to go into my original order. I’m trying to explain to them ( 5 times now ) my original order is no longer there it’s disappeared. Which must be a fault there end . My 30 days has not passed .

I’ve given them my order numbers and am now pleading for someone to help me get a refund . This has been going on for two weeks now a s they just don’t seem to want to help me get my money back and return the item
