My complaint:
The Master Mapping tool is a clone, it is not a genuine part and does not suggest so when purchasing. The CD actually contains a Virus Ransom:MSILGorf. This is a Ransomware that would compramise the systems that I work on. So you can imagine my surprise. I have not installed any of this, and the software disk is a crude copy with a scratch gauged out. It also seems to have hacked Alienware’s Copywrited software. KSuite 2.5.3. I am very annoyed at this and shocked you can allow this on your website. The other cable I bought also appears to be a copy of VCDS and was wiped as soon as I put it in the computer anf then the car. This is not good. The box is battered and it’s just not legal in any way
Suggested solution:
they're ignoring me, I expect a return my money back, and compensation for having to rebuild my laptop due to both ransomware and malware bots that would become part of a bot net for DDOS. This is disgraceful and allows the distribution of viruses due to unknowing people dropping theoir virus guards to install
