My complaint:
I ordered an RF Skin Tightening Lifting Machine Facial Care Rejuvenation Anti-age…. from the Wish website on July 9 with a total price of $180.30, I waited for 10 days to receive it by UPS on July 19, but the package was broken and there is no instruction for us or user manual, and when I check the goods carefully, I found the brand is not correct and there is no detailed information for the manufacturer, I reviewed the seller’s website and found it is not the same as they showed in the website (the pictures on the website is correct, but the one I received is not the same brand). I claim the issue with the Wish’s customer support on July 19, the same day I received the goods. there is no clear response from the customer service how to deal with the counterfeit product till now, still waiting for the response!
Suggested solution:
They still didn't give me a response on how to deal with the counterfeit product, I request return and refund, it is on Wish's website to promise refund and return, but no response till now, already two weeks!
