My complaint:
Ordered some dinnerware and the order is marked as delivered. Family was home all day and no one saw anything. While our children are homeschooling, the front windows and door (which we leave open so we can see through the glass storm door) ALWAYS have eyes on them. The kids squeal every time a truck stops in front of our house, a dog walks in front of the house, or a neighbor we’re friendly with walks in front of the house. No package is there longer than 5 seconds while the girls are home. The package did not deliver. Fedex is saying, contact Wish. Wish is saying, contact Fedex. There is no way to get a human on the phone at that company.
Suggested solution:
Either ship my items to me or refund.
