Wish complaint: Continuous delay of delivery

My complaint:

I placed two orders on April 24th of 2020. All of the items showed that they were scheduled to be delivered no later than May 18th. However, on May 18th, I checked the app and my delivery dates had been bumped another two weeks to June 1st the latest. I now check the app today, and the status for all of the different items hasn’t updated at all going back all the way to May 11th. Some show they’ve been sitting in customes for almost three weeks, and others show they haven’t even been picked up yet for shipping.

Suggested solution:

They should reach out to the shippers and find out what is going on, and if I'm not going to be receiving my items before the end of the first week of June, then cancel the items and issue me a full refund. Some of these items were gifts for special occasions that have now passed, and I'm done waiting for them when its been almost a month and a half.
