I ordered six canvas directors chair covers in August. They were to be delivered in September. In September, I received an email that the order was delayed and I was offered a refund of the shipping cost which I received. I was asked if I wanted to wait for the order or get a refund. I decided to wait, not knowing that there was a refund window for undelivered orders. When I contacted the company this week about a refund, they said I’d missed my opportunity. Too bad. So Sad.
Issue me a refund for the undelivered merchandise.
