My complaint:

I can’t calll you by phone so here is my complaint. I have ordered several items but I have also returned All of them and you are not giving me credit for them. I received my bill today and there is a $92.00 charge that I didn’t make so I am disputing all of the charges. I have been in dispute with CITI for a long time and I am not paying for charges that I have not authorized. CITI told me to contact you regarding these charges I have returned a ring,small black laptop, not exactly a laptop, can’t think the name of it and other pgks that I didn’t open and some things that I did order I never received. You better contact the CITI bank because I don’t intent to pay for any of them..
