My complaint:

wish has charged me £178,50 for goods i did not order. they were left in my basket buy mistake,because i’m 75yrs old and don’t know how to work the computer propely,not only that but charged me £75 postage on top.i orderd a couple of things not knowing there was stuff in the basket,so i would like to cancel that order and recieve a full refund please
