My complaint:

They sent an email about 4 or 5 months after I ordered some alcohol wipes from them. I complained that it had been so long for the 2nd time and said if I wasn’t going to get my order to just cancel it that it’s been too long. Well after a few more weeks they said it was delivered. I wasn’t. There’s no reason to leave it on our porch when we are right on the other side if the door and do not leave. Desk was at the window even. No one came. When I told them they denied it and said it had been delivered according to tracking and they will not issue a refund. I didnt want a refund. I made it clear. I wanted what I ordered. Their delivery guy must have made a mistake where he left it. I told them there are other businesses all around. They have refused to help me 4 or 5 emails and I can’t find anyother way to contact them. Please Help!
