My complaint:
I previously ordered a bag that was on sale but unfortunately they said it wasn’t entered in time so they had to refund my account . I loved the bag so I placed another order for original price .
Some how it came up that I ordered 3 of them . I cancelled the order and ordered 1 . next day I received a ation of my order of 3 …what ??? Tried to contact them and was told there was nothing they could do since my order had already been sent to retailer…
Suggested solution:
Send the order I want and refund the 2 I don't .
