Wish complaint: Charged $99 after canceling 2 items, one never received and one received even though cancelled and I returned item.

My complaint:

I downloaded Wish App. Ordered 2 items and changed my mind. I then saw a $99 charge on my card and went to Chase to let them know. It was credited back to me in October only to recently see it charged again 2 days ago. I tried to go on my order gusto but Wish won’t allow me to message because of payment issues. Unable to get a live person and no one answers my emails. Sooo frustrating. On top of that, no emails ing original purchase. In the end I’m out $99 with no items!!

Suggested solution:

Refund me my $99.
