My complaint:

My order was placed on 427 for delivery on 513, on 513 it was changed to 528, on 528 it was changed to 612. I can’t get my product or even find out where it is or get my money back.

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back and give me the product. It still says 513 as delivery on one screen.
