My complaint:
I have ordered a number of items recently, some over a month ago. Whilst I appreciate under the current circumstances there may be delays, but date continue be extended for a further 2 weeks at a time. This is completely unacceptable!!!!!
Suggested solution:
They should first provide an email address or online chat to their customer service, instead of an automated wish support that is of no benefit to anyone. And if people wish to cancel these items, then they should be able to, given the continuing extention of delivery dates.
