Not long before Christmas, I put in an order for a number of items, but due to some quirk or other wish decided they wanted proof of my identity by providing sending my profile picture, as I use a Shield as my identifying pic on my FB account. Which I have supplied many times since the 18 of December 2020,
I have ticked the send an email box every time, I have never had any response at all. This has got me worried as I was told by a support helper that they would sort it for me.
Get onto accounts and make them respond to my complaint for the lack of their action in resolving this long overdue issue ASAP. Once again I will put up the picture I use as my profile picture in the space provided below, now that I have entered it, it has come up C:fakepathmy shield [profile pic, this is something I do not understand as the shield is not a fake path.
