My complaint:

Wish sent me an item I’d cancelled. Then I got the item, they withdrew the money from my account. I’ve corresponded at least 40 times with them. They sent me a return label and I paid to return it. They say they don’t have it and that I still haven’t returned it. I have a USPS Tracking Intranet Report that shows in black and white that they’ve had the returned item since 910 and has been placed in the Firmbook. I’ve provided the Order, the tracking and the USPS Tracking Intranet ID:several times, yet I keep getting the run around. Now I’m out the $74 I spent, the $12 for shipping it back and they have the item. They say this and that and they’re going to refund the money. Let’s hope so. The USPS already has open case against them for suspicion of unetheical business practices. I pray they resolve this now or I will proceed with criminal charges. I returned their item in the right timeframe, but never received a refund. Stay away from Wish!
