Wish complaint: Cannot Get the item ordered and yet have paid for it.

My complaint:

I ordered elastic in March and WISH keeps extending out the delivery time, yet it is paid for. I want to cajncel the order and cannot get WISH to return my money. They are a scam company.

Suggested solution:

Return my money and cancel the order.
