My complaint:
I contacted Wish earlier today to question when my item would be arriving at my pick up shop. This was as a result of me receiving an email to say my item was ready, then after travelling to the shop I was told that they did not have it available. Wish ly ignored my request for further information and simply cancelled my order and processed a refund – then item is a gift that I now cannot replace in time so I am incredibly frustrated! Suggested solution:
Reinstate order no 5f9dcdbdc1fb3c152bf5dec3 so that I can collect my item ASAP.
