My complaint:

I evidently hit buy by mistake. I immediately went to customer service to cancel order and was told couldn’t be cancelled already in processing even though sigte has 8 hr. cancellation policy. Numerous follow up complaints were answered with how my complaint was answered and only answer l got to resolve the issue was to join an. IT service for $5.00 with an automatic re-up charge of $59.95 monthly, or I was rerouted to sale site. Referred to customer service phone number not in operation all during this time. Received notices days and weeks later that orders were being processed. Have just received last item in order, not one invoice or return label included even though requested.repeatedly. This product is inferior and overpriced. Upon receipt of goods, an email is sent requesting input. A picture is requested, but cannot be uploaded and then a blank page with an unending spinning wheel appears so you cannot request return shipping on any of these items.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I want all my money back and return labels with postage paid to return the items on the order I tried to cancel immediately after hitting buy button by mistake. Since notifications of when processing was ACTUALLY started, this order should and could have been cancelled.
