My complaint:
I placed an order on CUTE and I cancelled an item. I got a message saying it would be refunded by 22 July. Then they posted it.
Suggested solution:
I don't want it, I want the refund.
The screenshot is the item I'm talking about.
I only purchased items that were $1 and then the price was changed. I cannot afford to pay the money they have taken out. It was done on 5 items. 4 were refunded and one was not.
