Hi, so I ordered something mistakenly and wanted to cancel it. I checked your cancellation policy and it says anyone can cancel within 8 hours of ordering. I go to cancel it an hour after ordering and was told I had waited too long. How could that be? Your cancellation policy is within 8 hours and I cancelled within an hour. I tried to email someone to get an answer, but got an email back telling me what I had already done. I emailed back and received the same email within seconds, I wasn’t talking to a human, I was talking to a bot they set up to look human. So I go to call the number on their support website only to find out they don’t offer phone support despite saying that they do.
Update their cancellation policy. If you can't cancel anything within 8 hours of ordering then don't say it. Refunding and cancelling my order would also be nice. But mainly change their policy
