My complaint:

I accidentally made an order when I noticed that the things that I had in my cart were not going to be available when I needed them for my daughters baby shower, so I immediately cancelled the order and was told that it was already being processed, I don’t believe this for a minute. I want a Full refund for these 4 items that I ordered. This is absolutely ridiculous, these items will not work when the baby shower is in a few weeks and with your lengthy trim frame getting items shipped this will not work! I need my order cancelled and my card refunded! Thank you.
