My complaint:
I ordered an adult 3wheeled bike. It was in stock so I paid in full £153.00 in august.
I thought it would take time but now that it’s proceeding to ship it’s out of stock.
Would I like an alternative? As long as it’s the same sort of thing, maybe different colour etc.
I was looking forward to it’s arrival as it will really help me.
I have MS and need to build muscles in my legs to help with my walking every day life.
Suggested solution:
Send me the alternative! As long as it has three wheels as I cannot ride two as I have said I have no balance
Or a rebate. But I would prefer an alternative
