My complaint:
Bought boots that look nothing like the picture. They don’t fit and they won’t return it! The day I received them, I contacted them. It takes 24 hours to get a response. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED.
Suggested solution:
REFUND MY BOOTS!
