My complaint:
The BlackBerry phone that I bought through Wish, the keys don’t work properly and so I cannot set up my phone.
Suggested solution:
I am not sure how your organization resolves your customers complaints but all I know is that I got ripped off somewhere between giving my payment and getting a phone that doesn't work properly.
