My complaint:
i ordered a pair of black loafer shoes they were to small i returned them back in February i haven’t received my Refund yet they keep telling me someone will get back with me in 2or 3 days it’s been 2 months No one haven’t contacted me it shouldn’t take this long for a refund please resolve this matter
Suggested solution:
just send me the refund or send me a larger size 11 and a half
