My complaint:

Took money out my account for a bench and three weeks down the line no bench got in touch and said out 9f stock asked for a refund last week and said because order was already processed it was too late the bench was not even in stock offered me a alternative accidently offered bench pads tried to xancel straight away but couldnt not happy
