My complaint:
Yet again I am being mucked about with another 2 tops that were due today. They have no problem with giving refunds on the items that are cheap, but when they are more expensive they do all that they can to provent having to provide a refund, like changing dates going back on their word with refunds.
I am getting very angry 😡

Give me my money back
