My complaint:

On March 29th I placed an order. I was given the option of express shipping which I chose and paid for. The following day I get a message saying the delivery date changed. I reached out to wish and asked if it was a mistake. They responded two days later. When I attempted to cancel the order they said it was too late because the item has shipped. I’ve written several times asking them to refund the express shipping fee and they still have not responded to that request. The second item from the same order had the delivery date change on the day it was supposed to arrive. I tried to reach out to them to ask to be refunded the express shipping fee and it won’t even let me open the item to make the request.

This is clearly a scam to have me pay more for shipping. Once the item isn’t delivered in said window you can’t dodge me and simply change the delivery date. I shouldn’t even have to ask. Once you can’t fulfill your commitment I should be refunded for the express shipping. Also if an item can’t be express shipped why is it even an option when making the purchase. It’s very deceiving.
