My complaint:
On the third day of this month Aug 2021 I placed two orders one was for a PlayStation slim the order was for a Xbox-x. The orders were placed at different times almost 12 hours apart. 7 days later I got a text message saying that both packages were delivered on the 4th day of this month really? It’s not very hard to see that something is on the scammers side there. The message showed up on my FedEx app saying that my package was delivered and singed for by a man name K-Black at the front desk well ,number one there is no front desk here this is my house and there’s definitely not a K-Black here. FedEx made it known that the package in question is not my package as well as the tracking numbers attached to both packages. By the way both packages were not shipped together not ordered together but have the same tracking numbers. I’ve been fighting back and forth with wish support for two weeks plus over the same thing. Wish said that they audit accounts too check for refund abuse as if they were saying that’s what I was doing because I had two orders at the same time didn’t show up. I have spoken to FedEx about it and they said that after investing the tracking numbers doesn’t belong to my package and no FedEx trucks delivered to my house that day still wish support keep sending me the information reported by the bad tracking number. Wish finally refunded the money for the PlayStation but won’t for the Xbox reason they said is that they can’t refund for something showing delivered really the PlayStation showed delivered as well but was not delivered. So I’m lost for words. Has this happen to anyone else here. I only want what I ordered or my money refunded not trying to get something for nothing.
Suggested solution:
Reach out to FedEx instead of going by that bad tracking number. Then refund my money back to me
