My complaint:
The auto system they use for customer support is stupid and dont give any answers that are asked. Why would a company have a system t like that hire people give a working number so the issues can be heard and fixed not pushed aside like your system does. Another problem is they say my order will be here on this date then all of a sudden there is a later date and I got no notification for it. Then we get told because of the virus going around. Let’s be honest here that has nothing to do it being late it comes down to poor service and honestly we should not have to pay for shipping if its past the date they give is
Suggested solution:
Have a number we can call to talk to a person not a stupid computer. Stop charging for shipping. It's a RIP off considering we dont get are order on time
