My complaint:

I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise this isn’t the first time, the last time a few items never made it but I got a full refund. Now the first item that should’ve arrived never even had any information beyond made it to USA when I complained to days later I was told I’d be refunded the item was $6 plus $5 for shipping that’s $11 I recieved $5.38 not $11.

Suggested solution:

Give a full refund don't charge me to ship an item that I don't know ever really actually shipped or existed in the first place
