My complaint:

After placing an order and being charged, waiting two weeks after the date it was supposed to be delivered, I checked on the status of order to find that the item is not longer in stock. This was never communicated to me by Wish. I had to find it myself. Then when trying to choose the option to select something else, the app doesn’t work. Shady, bad business practices. This was the first time I ever tried to use them and will definitely be the last.

Suggested solution:

They should have informed me as soon as they knew I would never be receiving the shipment. I should not have had to hunt around to find that info. All that time, they had my money which I had already paid, knowing full well that no item would be coming. Big fat BOO.
