My complaint:

Yesterday 091220 .I found out in my bank statement a payment of £ 138.18 was made .This payment was done for items I didn’t order .I have only ordered 1 Joop perfume not all the other items in the order history.I tried to stop the payment through my bank and was told to contact you and submit this code 260646 ,I hereby request my money back.
