My complaint:

I placed an order in June and it is now July and i still had not received the order so when i checked the website it said that the item that i had ordered was out of stock but i was not notified. I ordered the item hoping it would come and the money had already been sent through and received even though it’s out of stock. I am now trying to cancel it and get a refund and i am unable to do that for some reason.
