My complaint:

Silcone ear protectors, ordered and paid for at £3.00 not received or any notification received. Prefer to cancel and receive a full refund.
Dress received which is huge for a medium and material disappointing. Only paid half at £7.50 and reluctant to pay balance of £7.50 on 28th August 2020. Refunds required please, and return at your expense if you wish.
