My complaint:

19th March 2020
Payment Method:
Item Total
Order Total
Location: China
I contacted Customer service to request a full refund as the order had not arrived by the date stated.
I was given a Partial Refund of £3.81 on 18th May then told if the order hasn’t arrived by 29th May (which is today) to contact them again they would give me a FULL refund.
I have just contacted them guess what? They have now said if it doesn’t arrive by the 9th July they will give me a full refund.
That is out of order, its 1 thing changing delivery dates of orders that are in the near future, but it’s another thing altering the agreed dead line date made by them, to provide me with a Full refund.
I have been stupid enough to spend ££££££s in that site. I wish I had never heard of the site in the 1st place. I know the Covid 19 hasn’t helped with delays in ordering delivery but that is no excuse to muck me about regarding my full refund.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

For a start they should give me the full refund that was promised to me by today (29th May) the original dead line date, not 9th July
Secondly they should refund me for all other items that should have been received by now.
