My complaint:
When after approx 1 year, i accessed WISH.COM with my email password, the site didn’t recognize me ?!! What makes things worse is that the general site comes up in a foreign language so i have no way of understanding how to get into it!–where did this come from? I tried to ring the UK telephone number (0208)2755256 to no avail–it’s constantly engaged!! I also tried resetting my password as my email address has not changed in 5 years but the site responds with incorrect email or password. I also note that the email address of support@wish.com ‘bounces’ back as if they have a severe remote server problem?
Can you sort this out please and IF NOT, can you send a request to Wish.Com to unsubscribe me as i’m tired of all this incompetency!
